While an overhaul of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) continues to percolate, the importance of complying with the laws impacting employee benefits remains as important as ever. This seminar will address plan documentation required by ERISA, HIPAA, the ACA, among other laws. Not only will we address the t’s that must be crossed and i’s that must be dotted, but we’ll provide a real world approach to ensure that employees have the information that they need and that employers stay compliant.
